Intense golden yellow with delicate green reflections. Clear. To the nose it is large and tasty, rich of fruity scents of tomato of middle maturation, banana and apple, supported by notes of herbs, parsley, basil and mint. Elegant and complex to the alate, Peranzana oil is gifted with vegetables tones of lettuce and celery. Bitter and spicy hints are present and harmonic .
