Typical Apulian products

Since 2008, the company has been producing also typical Apulian products: vegetables in oil, jams, preserves, spreads, fruit in syrup and baked goods. A woman has been the promoter of this business branch: Nonna Paola, the backbone of the Scisci family and an excellent cook. She developed all the recipes for vegetables in oil and preserves: women know how to cook better because they don’t do it out of a spirit of approval, but out of love and passion. The same love and passion that can be found in these products that complete a gastronomic panorama of undisputed quality and genuineness that is increasingly appreciated also at an international level.
